  • The job of the scrum master is to make sure that all parts of the agile methodology diagram are followed. The scrum master is also responsible for making sure the rest of the team is completing their work as efficiently as possible.
  • DevOps: Yuri Subramaniam
  • This job calls for the person with this role to make sure that the organization is able to deliver its services at a high speed.
  • Frontend Developer: Harsha Jai
  • The frontend developer’s job is to write the code that users can see and interact with. This is the visual part of the code.
  • Backend Developers: Sachit Prasad (me) and Raunak Mondal
  • The backend developer’s job is to write the code that the users can’t see and interact with, but perform actions such as data storage, security, and processing data.
• Team Project Ideas:
  • Our team project will be similar to the clock app on iphone where there are many functions. These functions include showing the time through the use of a digital clock, timer, stopwatch, and showing different times in different time zones. All of these functions essentially serve the same purpose in different ways: To allow the user to keep track of time.
